RB-TT - Turntable for welding robots

The turntable is a well-functioning add-on for the RBCobot welding robot. The turntable allows you to rotate items, in order to increase fleksibility when welding round items. ABOUT THE TURNTABLE

Fully integrated with the URCap

The turntable has been developed with the user experience in mind. This makes the turntable integrate seemlessly with the rest of the interface, that you already know.

This also makes the turntable:

  • CE-approved by Safety of Machinery ApS
  • Well-suited for manipulation of round objects.
  • Based on a stepper motor with mecanic absolutes
  • With or without Ø30 mm center hole for easy gas purging.

Turntable with or without manual tilt

The turntable is available in several variants. The most common one features a static angle, but another option that offers more flexibility is the turntable with a manual tilt functionality. This makes it possible to manually tilt the turntable to your exact needs.

Tailstock for the turntable

The turntable can be expanded further by adding a tailstock as shown. This is available with or without a hole for purging gas. This makes it easy to fixate items without the need for tackwelds.
