RB-TT - Turntable for welding robot

The turntable is a well-functioning add-on for the RBCobot welding robot. The turntable allows you to rotate workpieces for greater flexibility when welding round workpieces. You can also get an upgraded version with manual tilting, which significantly increases flexibility. Read more on this page.

ABOUT THE TURNTABLE

Fully controlled with URCap

The turntable is designed with ease of use as a top priority. This means that the turntable integrates seamlessly with the rest of the interface you already know.

In addition, the turntable is:

  • CE-marked in collaboration with Maskinsikkerhed ApS.
  • Suitable as a manipulator for turning workpieces.
  • Based on stepper motor with mechanical absolute encoder.
  • With or without Ø30mm center holethrough the entire rotary table, which allows for the passage of workpieces and back gas.

Turntable with or without tilt

The turntable is available in several variants. The most common configuration has a fixed angle, but now the turntable is also available with a manual tilt. The tilt allows you to tilt the turntable, giving you much more flexibility to weld exactly the parts you need.
